Fantastic Markers – My 12-Year-Old Daughter Is Obsessed!
I bought these Ohuhu Water-Based Brush & Chisel Tip Markers (60 colors) for my 12-year-old daughter, who is super into drawing and creative projects, and she absolutely loves them! From the moment she opened the box, she was in art heaven. The colors are vibrant, the variety is amazing, and the dual tips offer so much versatility for her sketches, lettering, and coloring. She especially loves the brush tip, which makes it feel almost like painting — smooth and easy to control for both detailed work and bold strokes. The chisel tip is perfect for filling in larger areas or adding a different line style. It’s been great seeing her experiment and explore new techniques. The water-based ink is also a huge plus for peace of mind — no harsh smells, no staining if she gets a little carried away and marks the table (which has happened!), and they’re much more kid-friendly than alcohol-based markers. The packaging is neat and organized, and the included case makes it easy for her to take them to art class or a friend’s house. It’s also worth noting that the markers haven’t dried out or frayed, even with heavy daily use — really solid quality for the price. Overall, these have been a fantastic buy. If you have a young artist at home, these markers are a fun, inspiring, and safe way to support their creativity. Highly recommended!

Learning curve, tears up paper.
When these first came on the market I assumed they were just another cheap knock off of Copics. But people actually seemed to enjoy them. But when I saw that art YouTuber Jazza made a video about how they beat out Copics in terms of both price and performance, I decided to buy them. I'm not an artist. I can't do all those fancy techniques to make these things look professional. But they're much better than any off the shelf marker you can buy in a store. The colors are nice, though I wish the reds were more varied. They all look pretty similar. It's very easy to make them muddy, and they don't seem to blend well. If I try to blend, they end up damaging the paper. I have to use very thin layers, and be careful not to use more than three or so layers. They also tend to absorb into one another and get dark, so highlighting has to be done strategically. Again, I'm not an expert. This is a beginner's review. They dry fairly quickly, but I think they'd be better if they were alcohol markers. I thought they were alcohol markers until I actually read the package. Overall I think these are a good value and great for anyone of any skill level. People with more skill can produce better results. The picture of a heart was the best coloring job I had done. It's from a coloring book about goblins.

Definitely recommend
This was on my 10 y/o grand daughter’s Christmas list. She was so happy to get it! The carrying case seems durable. It comes with a sheet where you can take each of the 60 markers and color in a small box. That way when she’s coloring she can look at the sheet and see the different shades of the color and pick the one she wants. She really likes that feature.

Nice for casual coloring book activities
Nice vibrant colors. Not super fancy artist markers, but great for just a casual hobby with coloring books. The carrying case is nice and sturdy too. They bleed through some on thinner paper, and make the pages kind of crinkly like when you get a book wet, but the colors don't smudge or anything as a result, and dries on the page quickly. I found that the broad tip is a bit uneven and not great for filling in, but the brush tip works great. Overall pretty good for the price imo.

They're just ok. Not good for the chisel tip.
They're ok. The fine point tip works pretty well, but the chiel side is extremely stiff and rather dry. More so, than any other brand I've used. So, I stick to just the fine point tip. Also, they do bleed through paper, even though its advertised that they don't.
