Have had the TENS for a few years now and despite all efforts, the box was disintegrating. Was a little nervous my Healthmate and the wires were going to fit the smaller one but it fits just fine. In fact, if I fold the package carefully, I can get set of pads and a tube of that sticky gel in there too if I pack it right. Case is semi-hard so wouldn't sit on it or anything like that but it should still afford more protection than the original box while being smaller. Construction details seem good-- no loose threads or bad stitching. "Hinge" seems appropriately reinforced and zipper feels like it should. Package arrived in its plastic with no off smells either. In short, it's a decent case so, not much to write about there. That being said, TENS units are absolute godsends to those of us with certain chronic conditions so if you are getting one, you *will* be keeping and using that item for *years*. So. Do yourself a favor and just get the case for it. After all, since these items are pretty much just appropriately sized rectangles, when that TENS invariably dies, there's no reason you can't just get another that will fit the case you already have. In the meantime, you'll be able to store whatever unit you have muuuuch easier as well as give yourself the advantage of being able to toss it into a suitcase or bag and take it wherever if you ever have the need. It's not fancy but it's still worth getting anyways. :D

I love this product and use it a few times a week. Not too difficult to learn how to use and works with different size pads - fantastic product. I use it for my neck (herniated discs) and my back (also herniated discs) and it works so well! I let my step-father borrow it to use for his knees and he liked it so much my mother bought him his own so I could get mine back!

The TENS unit fits perfectly and it will also hold several pads as well. It's very sturdy and good quality.

I bought this for my I relieve tens/ems unit, hoping to keep the unit, cords, pads, spare batteries, and a tube of goo in it. It's a good case and probably fits the brand it was made for perfectly. For my purposes, it could be a good inch or 2 shorter and it's not quite wide enough to hold the pads in their packaging- seriously, maybe 1/2 inch (1-2 cm) wider and it would hold them with very little bend needed. It's a little frustrating to not be able to find the right size case for the job, but this one will do the trick until I give in & make one myself.

I hurt my shoulder a few weeks back and remembered that I used to have these machine at the chiropractor and at physical therapy. So I ordered this. I have used this thing almost every day since I got it. It comes with everything you need to just get started. I love that I can change the intensity and the placement depending on where I need the relief. I let my mom use it the other day and she just ordered her own because it made such an amazing difference in her neck! I can't recommend this product more!
