Excise bow
I used to have an excuse bow ages ago, I was looking for something to excise my mussels around my shoulder and spine, because hasn't been great recently because I dislocated my shoulder couple of years back, so hopefully this helps it

Seems useful for practice when not on the range
If the draw length seems short then feed some of the material through the "string" part of the bow trainer. I thought it was too short and too light but after realising that one side had more material than the other and adjusting, it seems really good.I've only had this one day so bear that in mind for this review.

Great for bow drills
the tension is perfect and the handles mimic your bow handles and string. Ive found this awesome for passive training

I purchased the 40lb and it was no where near
I have an above average ape index and at my draw length this band only measured 20lb. See photos. This is a calibrated scale.

Ok but expesive
Worth max a tenner being generous. No instructions, or warnings you can only practice your pull, not release. Doubt very much the 30 is 30 more like 20.

Broke after just a few uses
Avoid this at all costs.Only used maybe once a fortnight for the last 2 months... steady stretches in line with archery workout... 10 mins max each session so maybe an hours use...Completely failed (if it hadn't been for the fabric cover it would have blinded me!) during a stretch.Seriously unimpressed at this price.Do yourself a favour and buy a better product.

Great to start, but now broken
This item was great when I first received it and really noticed a difference in my archery. I used it twice a day for 10 draws and all was fine until this morning when the rubber tube came away from the handle and is now useless. I can’t find away to return this due to Amazons return policy which sucks especially considering how much I spend with Amazon!
