Very good adjustable poles . Perfect for a Nordic Walker beginner .Good springing and hand grips . Make sure you fasten the adjustable catch properly , I had an initial walk with the pokes keep on collapsing ! They are actually great when tightening correctly.Great value for money

Good quality poles, unfortunately the wrong type for Nordic Walking

I bought this to take on holiday as they fold up. They are pretty good but disappointed the straps are not removable. But they did the job.

The securing nut on one of the poles came loose twice causing the set length of the pole to move. It had to be replaced.

I suffer from spinal arthritis which makes walking difficult. I used to use Nordic walking sticks when I lived in Switzerland as then are very popular for all types of walkers . As I need to start exercising again to get rid of the kick down weight I decided to buy some poles . Nothing fancy just sturdy ones that adjust to ur height and have foot cushioners at the end and a good hand grip . I could not be more happier . Unless you are a serious hiker don’t waste a fortune, buy these poles , perfect for my disability and enables me to get out and smell the fresh air !

I've tried them briefly - they're apt to make my hand go numb. The handle is very thin, cheap looking and plastic. The glove probably would be a good idea if it was made of better, ie lighter and more flexible material. TIP keep the box because you'll need it in order to return them.NOT IMPRESSED
