Dekorra Products 102-AB Artificial Rock Enclosure - Autumn Bluff

This is a perfect fit for my back flow prevention piping sticking up in my front yard, and looks so much better than unsightly pipes from the street view. My neighbor was so impressed he ordered the same cover for his pipes.

This is exactly what we needed. The color of the rock is perfect and it looks like a real rock.I would have given 5 stars if the grounding stakes were bigger. The stakes are entirely to small.I’ll have to find another solution to secure the rock as it’s out in an open lawn.

Review if for customer service of this shop. The item seems nice and heavy, I would use if I could. Item states it can be returned. It didn't fit my utility by about an inch because of the terrain. I tried to return. There is no pre-made label, you have to pay for it yourself and it states you should contact them if the cost exceeds $30 for an alternate resolution. I was quoted over $200 (more than the cost of the item) so I reached out. They basically told me I was out of luck and it's at my cost. Why even have it in the policy to contact if it exceeds 30 if you aren't going to do anything???? I'm going to have to try and resell it locally.Warning: be 100% sure this will fit your utility prior to purchasing. Customer Service for these guys was awfully unhelpful. Will not purchase from them again.

Quality is top notch. Does the trick in keeping exposed pipes covered and still looks great.

So far I’m happy with this product. It arrived fairly quickly. The packaging was awful. The item was placed in an oversized box with little to no packing material. When it arrived the box it was in was in shambles. I was worried it would be damaged, but thankfully it wasn’t. The color is quite a bit darker than shown, but I’m happy with it.

Very happy with the product that covers our well pipe nicely. Arrived sooner than expected! Would purchase again if necessary.
