Llegó un poco maltratado el empaque externo, esperado por el envío en sobre, quizas podria evitarse enviando en una caja. La caja del reloj viene en perfecto estado. El relojviene con sus protecciones con el manual y garantia. Muy bonito reloj, me encantó. La caratula es más clara de lo que se ve en las fotos pero luce muy bien 👍🏻

I love Bulova watches and the quality & craftsmanship is beautiful, impeccable and trustworthy. However, this is the first time I ordered from amazon and surprise surprise....the seller did not include a warranty card and instruction manual. Can you please help fix this @ manufacturer ? My 1 star rating is solely for this reason.
