Great if you're looking for diets limited by gluten AND many other allergens...
I was so excited about this cookbook due to all the great reviews. But my diet is limited by gluten only (and for me, that's hard enough) I'm not allergic to any other food. Yet these recipes were full of dairy free, egg free, soy free - and many other additive free foods.The "5 ingredient" title is also misleading, There may be nine or ten ingredients, but if some of them would likely be found on hand (such as sugar, seasonings and such) they don't count. While I get the idea behind that, I was looking forward to the 5 ingredients only for the ease of cooking a great recipe with so little. I didn't want 8 ingredients in addition to going out for goat cheese.Sorry to say I have another complaint - I don't see any 15 minute recipes. If someone else can find them, please let me know. They aren't in the table of contents, and I couldn't seem to find them some other way, such as an asterisk on the top of the page or a special section.The book is beautiful as so many others have commented on. I love having a picture for each recipe. It really helps to see how it should turn out and I wish more cookbooks would do this as well as this author has.But no goat cheese for me, thank you. I was just looking for simple classic recipes. I would love to find a cookbook with the many naturally gluten free ingredients. ...Okay, you can include gluten free pasta!! Not hard to find and heaven to this celiac!

Easy to read
Easy to read. Of course not only 5 ingredients, but beats needing to buy 35+ ingredients for one use. I was looking for this for my son who I think might be Gluten intolerant. Thank you

Celiac Disease - now what?
My daughter teaches at 3 colleges and has little time left for planning meals. This book can help her stay on track with her Celiac Disease. MY grandson has recently been diagnosed with Celiac Disease. He is working on his master degree. He needs to prepare all of his meals while his two room-mates can eat whatever they desire. This is a serious disease. If a salad has croutons, it is contaminated and he cannot eat it. He needs cooking utensils separate from theirs. The book offers lots of choices for him. When dietary needs must be specific, you need expert advice. This cookbook does this for my daughter, her son, and for you.

The recipes are easy and fast and really good! Finally, a gluten free cookbook that has recipes that are easy on the budget without a lot of complicated ingredients.

Very bad binding
I like the recopies in this cookbook but it started falling apart almost immediately and I don't know how much longer it will last. I have a rubber band around it now. If there is a hardcover, buy that instead.

Very disappointed. Falsely advertised. Most recipes are more than 5 ingredients
This book is NOT a 5-ingredient cookbook. The majority of these recipes have WELL OVER 5 ingredients in them. I purchased this cookbook for a family member who has a brain injury and needs simple recipes with few ingredients to make meals, not recipes with alot of ingredients. Falsely advertised.

I am enjoying this cookbook. It is easy and covers more than just gluten free.Each recipe indicates if it is nut free, dairy free, egg free, etc.

Easy, simple and helpful !!!
I love this book because the recipes are easy and simple to make! (I’m really not very creative in the kitchen) With a recent celiac diagnose everything was so stressful, this book is an easy, quick reference to daily meal prep!!! We’ve been able to transition smoothly and add a little variety to our menu!!! 👍 I refer to it several times a week to get ideas!
