Yes, I am happy with my book learning to write and speak another language. Love my book.

I am teaching my self Korean. I am a beginner, I was somewhat familiar with alphabet and a few words before purchasing this book, but I was not fully committed to learning the language. I went through 95% of this book in about 8 hrs to get the basics down. I didn't have any issues with the audio online. If the link in the book doesn't work go to "downloadable content" on the tuttle webpage and find your book to get the audio. I highly recommend the book. I like that it had actual words for the syllables, so it can help you learn some vocabulary at the same while learning how to write.

The book has really helped me improve my reading. I use it as a substitute for my tutoring lessons. But honestly even if you are learning on your own this book will help in reading writing and speaking Korean.

I’m picking up Korean as a language module for university next year. I wanted to go in knowing the basics to give me a head start in the lessons. This book so far has explained each letter with easy ways of memorising how to write them as well as the correct pronunciation. The mp3 files that accompany the book also are so helpful. I would highly recommend this book to anyone embarking on their Korean journey.

Got in to a bit while using duo lingo at the same time. It has accelerated my learning big time.
