McCormick Gourmet Cajun Seasoning, 2.25 oz

This has a great taste. You immediately get garlic and heat, with other flavors following. I like that it has relatively little salt; I want to control the salt level in my dishes. Anyway, I highly recommend.

This stuff is magic. Taste is exquisite. Ended up just giving an extra bottle of this stuff to a guest who thoroughly enjoyed the burger and fries I made for them with this seasoning. It definitely tastes like the Cajun seasoning that many burger joints use on their wildly popular fries in my opinion…Get it if ur looking for that… Adds a little spice/life to your food. Definitely worth the purchase. Also… A little goes a long way~ took me about 5 months (maybe like 2-3 meals a week with it) before I went through a whole bottle so the quantity is perfect (even though I thought it was small at first) and debated getting the big version (non gourmet one). I eventually started using it a lot more in my cooking/grilling because the flavor profile complements a lot of cuisines. Love it on fries though for sure.

Very tasty! I love this seasoning and use it often. It has good balance for spicy, savory, and not super salty. It makes everything smell great! My coworkers say every time I use it my food smells great. I do wish it was less expensive and less small. High quality stuff though that you can use on anything!

Fabulous Spice I could use on my foods

loved the taste but can not use if not cooked. so if someone dont prefere spicy taste i will have to use two pans.

I worked at Hungry Howies for 8 years and sometimes crave that Cajun seasoning on other stuff. This has been the closest I've been able to find.

I love Sriracha and but I use it more like a dipping sauce. Sometimes adding it to eggs or ramen. I don't like wet food so I am limited in how I use the original in the bottle. For things like fried chicken or fish, I have to addit before flouring. With this, Sriracha is way more versatile in my kitchen. You can add it anywhere you use cayenne and then some. I have added it to my barbecue seasoning instead of cayenne. foods. Have tried it on my fries. I am able to control the amount added to foods much better than the bottle sauce. You feel the heat on first bite but after that it's mellow. So you are getting good flavor and a nice spicy heat for your favorite foods.
