This lockbox is an excellent product. Budget was important for my office, and this item was the best priced. Because of that, though, I was worried about the quality. I was pleasantly surprised at the heftiness of the product, the durability, and the design. What a great find! And at such an incredibly reasonable price, compared to other similar items! The box was so easy to program (I had been dreading that), and the keys fit neatly inside (33 keys for me). It came with batteries, labels, key rings, everything you need. The new box looks cool and professional in our office. This is one of the best products I have ever ordered through Amazon.

Got this to store the keys for my entire household. Holds a lot of keys, has an easy return slot, and was super easy to set up the pin code. Comes with a key in case the battery dies, or you forget your pin. The instructions for mounting the cabinet to the wall or to a countertop were provided and were quite useful. The case included all the hardware for mounting the device. I've had this set up for several months and have tried to pry it off the wall on several occasions just to see how stable it is, and it has not budged once. Great buy for a decent price, I'd recommend it to anyone.

Ordered and received in a timely manner. First time we put the key in the lock it got stuck and would not come out and the door would not open. An email to customer service resulted in a call back within an hour. Naomi Smith was fantastic! With just a copy of the receipt and a picture of the key stuck in the lock, a replacement unit was sent out the same day! So easy to deal with, no hassles, immediate response.......Naomi and AdirOffice Corp sure know what customer service is all about in this day when it seems like no one wants to help any more. I'll certainly look at the products AdirOffice has and always order from them! Now, to the cabinet......it's extremely sturdy, heavy duty, and exactly what we needed! Highly recommend.

Product looks great, installed easily. It even came with tags for my keys! I particularly like the key drop feature. The manual key for the box is a nice override feature if your battery dies. I'm using this for property management, and it will be great for move-out tenants, third party vendors, and in-house employees returning keys. Was mounting into drywall, and the supplied anchors didn't work for my situation (would be great for concrete or block walls.) Gauge of steel housing isn't AMAZING, but it's standard for a product of this grade. It would also be nice if they specified if there was any fire resistance or outdoor ratings.Bolt seems strong, but the plastic turn handle felt loose and cheaper than expected. If not for that I would have given 5*

The cabinet was received a day or two earlier than expected - VERY welcome! It was exactly as advertised, changing the combination is easy and quick, the additional feature of having an "emergency" key to open is a big plus. This cabinet is very well made and heavy duty - it works perfectly for our needs.

Great product! It arrived quickly, I like having both the key and keypad, it stores a generous number of keys (I use every other hanger since sets usually include at least three keys + key ring/fob), it was easy to hang (once I figured out where the studs were in the wall - I used two screws + two of the four included expansion bolts as it is not wide enough to screw into studs at standard 16 inch center distances). It has enough space to put a few more small things things into it that I'd rather have locked versus loose in a drawer.
