Perfect for Crumpets and even Pancakes
I'm going through a sourdough phase, and I ordered these to make crumpets out of my discard starter. I've never made an English muffin in my life, so I can't speak to how well these work for that particular endeavor, but I can tell you that they make FANTASTIC crumpets. We also use them for pancakes from time to time. My son is three, and he likes to help cook. These rings make pancakes easy for him, because instead of trying to help him pour out a reasonable sized/shaped pancake onto the griddle, I give him a 1/4 cup measure and let him pour the batter into the rings. No mess, no fail.

Work great
I use these to make Alton Brown's recipe for English Muffins (easily found with an internet search - I highly recommend the recipe), and they worked great. I sprinkled cornmeal on the griddle when I cooked them, which added a nice touch. Better than store-bought, and no corn syrup or preservatives. They also work fine for making fried eggs to fit the muffins - I coat them with cooking spray. They're probably not sturdy enough to stuff in a drawer or they'll get bent, so I just keep them in the boxes, but they're certainly worth what I paid for them.

Work fine, but do stick once in a while
Purchased this to make muffins & eggs to put on those muffins. The rings seem to be very well made, very sturdy and should last a long time; we have been using them since Jan. and they still as nice as the first day. The only complaint we have is even though we tried cooking spray, cococut oil & flour they still stick once in a while; for muffins & eggs. They do however clean up very easily & you might just have to soak them for a while. Plus they do not stick bad enough to ruin the muffins or egg. We had coated versions of these years ago that never stuck, but they handles that ue to get messy.Pros:Nice design and overall lookMade of metal, to avoid breakage& Easy to cleanCons:Stick to muffins or egg, every once in a whileOverall, we like these rings and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new set to make muffins or eggs.Disclosure: This product was received for a discounted price, however this in no way influences our process in product feedback ratings. Ah... perfect English Muffins
Never really tried making English Muffins before buying these rings because I always thought they were too difficult. But using the rings made the perfect sized muffins. And home made is so much better than store. They held the dough perfectly and were really easy to clean off at the end. Since my recipe makes more than just 4, it was easy to lift off the rings once the muffins were flipped over and set in size, I could get the rings set for another batch. Though at this price maybe another set is in order.Good for crumpets too. Though if the batter is too runny I needed to fill just a bit to allow the batter to solidify a wee bit before pouring the rest of the batter in the ring. Still useful for things other than just muffins, is my point.

GREAT FOR CRUMPETS
I found the following recipe for crumpets on the Internet. I needed these rings to cook them in. They arrived today and came with a recipe for English Muffins and Crumpets, to be baked in the oven. I wanted to make them on the top of the stove with the Internet recipe. Here it is.450g Bread Flour1x7g sachet of yeast10oz water10oz milk1 tsp salt1 tsp sugar1. Warm the milk and water together slightly.2. Place all the ingredients into a bowl and beat until smooth (1-2 minutes)3. Leave to double in size.4. Grease a heavy frying pan or griddle, and the muffin rings. Put the rings on top then heat up on stove, half fill with mixture.5. Maintaining a moderate heat, cook for 5 mins until the mixture bubbles6. Reduce the heat until bubbles have burst.7. Turn the crumpets over and cook for another 2 minutes.8. Serve hot with butter and jam.9. If allowed to cool, toast before serving. The mixed ingredients doubled in size as stated in recipe and there was enough to make 13 crumpets. I'm posting 3 pictures, of various stages of making them. They taste exactly the same as the ones I used to buy in the UK.The mix stuck on the rings a little while cooking, and it was a bit tricky trying not to burn my fingers (when I took them off) but I managed OK. They probably would have been easier to get off, if I used cooking spray instead of greasing them with margarine. The rings are just the right size. I hand washed them and they cleaned up OK. No rusting. I'm glad I bought two sets, otherwise they would have taken much longer to make.

Works great and does what it's supposed to
Works great and does what it's supposed to.We made our own english muffins for eggs benedict and they came out perfect. Great size, easy to store, comes with a recipe book and can be a multi use tool, as a cookie cutter (big cookie!), egg shaper while cooking, biscuit cutter or former, small cake pan for little layer cakes, whatever. I am not that fond of collecting a tool for this and that and kitchen clutter, so these are a little expense for a decent product that can be utilized for many incarnations for a small price. Our family likes them a lot, and we use them often, good buy.

Cheap quality product, would recommend not to buy
Really cheap quality, the rings start bending after a couple of uses also the connecting point is also very weak.

Es lo que pagas
La lámina con la qu están hechos es muy delgada, se pueden deformar muy fácilmente si nos los cuidas :/Pero por el precio, creo que es lo justo.
