Worst Experience with Product & Return Process
I purchased the Centrino Men’s Casual Sneakers (Size 10) on 6th August. At first glance, the shoe looked different from the images shown online. The material felt tight, hard, and uncomfortable, so I immediately requested an exchange. On 8th August, I received the replacement pair, but to my shock, it was in an even worse condition – dull, worn-out, and looked like a used product. This was very disappointing. I then tried to return the product. The delivery executive himself suggested raising a return request. However, from 11th August onwards, the pickup kept getting delayed and rescheduled automatically. I even received strange calls (sounded international) where the language selection didn’t work and the call kept disconnecting. Despite multiple attempts, the pickup kept showing “unable to pick” on 16th, 18th, and 19th August, and eventually, the return window was closed without resolving my issue. . 👉 This has been my worst experience with Amazon so far. I was planning more purchases on this platform, but now I’m honestly in doubt. 🔴 The product quality is poor, the exchange unit looked used, and the return experience was frustrating. I strongly recommend Amazon to improve product quality checks and customer support for better service.

Shoe quality is good 👍 but it's lace colour is different in one side. And also right shoe lace's tip is broken.
