Very happy with this. Great quality, got it in a Black Friday deal and is definitely value for money. High speed on the chopper and blender is good. Very powerful. It is easy to use and has a good variety of uses with the whisk attachment, masher attachment and chopper.

This is an upgrade from the previous hand mixer, it is a godsend for blending, and the creamer is being used so much more than I thought I would use it

Great quality as you'd expect from Kenwood, expensive but worth it, it should last for years, powers through soups, mayo & mash, should have bought this sooner, love it.

My old one packed in after 15 years of using , so I wanted an update of course , arrived 2 days early, registered easily , washed and tried it straight away creaming vegetable soup , very pleased , just like larger versions I used when I was a chef ( now retired) very well made and what I like is the blades don’t have downward flares on them to scrape pan while in use , reference the white potato creamer colouring , it adds character and doesn’t taint your food , Very good purchase Ndlike other Kenwood devices I have will last years

So first of all, the lid of the chopper broke after a few use. The chopper still works with the broken lid but considering how much I paid for the hand mixer compared to other brands, I must admit I am very disappointed. The worst part is the whisk attachment. I have to say this is absolutely ridiculous. I used it for making pancakes, and NEVER used it again. When I tried to mix dry ingredients, I lost half of the ingredients in seconds. The whisk has no stability so the powders went out of the bowl. It did the same to wet ingredients as well, eggs and milk went all over the kitchen wall. I used a deep and big enough bowl to mix these things but it didn’t matter. The whisk seriously lacks stability, it swings around to create a mess. Completely unusable. The mixer attachment is very bulky (wide) so it is kind of awkward to use. Also, it is unnecessarily very shallow so it scratches the bottom of a pan when I use it for making a soup, which was the main purpose of the purchase. It doesn’t matter how carefully I use it since it is shallow to the point the blade touches the pan. The design is nice but it is cheaply made, doesn’t feel sturdy at all and the quality isn’t there. I just don’t know why this costs significantly more than other products. It doesn’t have any extra value to justify it. Overall, I’m not happy at all. I used to think Kenwood was a reputable brand hence I was happy to pay £100 for a hand mixer, however, this product changed my perception of their brand negatively. I don’t recommend buying this, not worth the price at all.
