This is a large bag of sausages. Since I keep them refrigerated I always put a couple in the microwave for just about 6 seconds. They taste WAY better and are softer. Good value, tasty and moderately salty, easy to take along as a snack.

Wish would have 2 packages. These are great. Good flavor, great snap of casing. I realize these smoked meats I've been eating is going kill my lipid levels. I don't cook, not going to learn at age i am. I think if next blood draw if i haven't killed lipid level will order more. Be sure you read nutrition info before you jump in. But these are worth price. Bought another smoked sausage, name brand, every other bite bit in chunk of bone chips. These do NOT have unless i got magic bag. No these are great, try them for yourself hope you agree.

Years ago these were the best. And you could buy them at Costco. These are not the "original recipe". The fat content ratio has increased. Don't taste the same. And they are not the same flavor wise anymore. Now owned by the big food monopolies. That being Conagra. Industrial grinders with advanced automation control interfaces monitor the fat/protein content ratio. Big industries like these can save money changing fat content ratio. Leaving you with an inferior product, but still paying a premium price for the Duke's name. Now they are just a greasy fat globule stick.
