I bought this for lap swimming. I'm really happy that it covers more of my body than typical swim suits and gives me a little grace on the bikini line trimming. The fabric has held up pretty well with no bleeding or disintegration that's been described by others.

I wanted to go swim laps, but I couldnt find my swimsuit (we just moved and it's in a box somewhere). This one is comfortable, and I like the lower bottom edge as it is more modest than the typical higher cut suits. I dont think the material will last long in the chlorine, but it's good until I find my other one. My only complaint is the cups in the chest. Normally I dont mind the cups, but these are very cheap and fairly visible, but you cant get them out without opening a seam.
