I always use this product as it is the only brown eyeliner i have found that stays on and you can control how dark or light you make it.

If youre going for that jack sparrow look. Runny.. Maybe im just allergic to this one. Goes on very nicely but doesn't stay and gets everywhere. Pretty color though.

Product is good but the shipper only filled half the order and so far has not refunded the excess payment.

Never used an eyeliner without it being a brush applicator. I found this to be a bit difficult putting on.
