Works great with my Dyson dryer. It gets pretty hot pretty fast but I don't know if the name brand Dyson attachment does as well. It works super fast and easy to smooth down my flyaways! Great buy, I was skeptical

Does not stay on the dryer
DO NOT BUY The magnet is not strong enough to stay on the hair dryer.. it falls off constantly and is so hot that it burns you when you try to pick it up from the floor.. DO NOT BUY you will be frustrated by this accessory. I am throwing it away and getting the DYSON replacement
