Okay, I hope this will be helpful..Before buying this product I was worried that what if this product does not work on me, bcoz if it doesn't, there is not even return policy... So that's why i want to give a honest review so u can make right choiceI tried this on my hair(thick, wavy and frizzy and my friend's hair(curly and stubborn) to check the product's worth.. I have attached the before and after pictures of both of us...Most of the straightener do not work on our hair and makes them look like broom.. Trust me, i have tried many.. So i decided to buy titanium plates. I have tried ceramic plates before of philips, some straightener worked , some didn't.So the review now:On my hair: i needed 2 strokes per section, the result was very smooth. And it stayed the same till 3 daysI tied my hair in high pony for a whole day to check whether they take the bumped shape.. But it didn't.On my friend's hair: It took a lil bit more time than me, but honestly this was still a win..The result was silky and smooth hair.But on the next day her hair started looking wavy and by night it became curly.I say that this was still a win because when we tried other straightener on her hair, after few hours it used to become curly again.Tip:1. Take small sections of hair while straightening for better result.. By small I mean really small.Bcoz when i used to visit parlor for straightening, even they used to take large section for saving time. Don't do this mistake.2. Apply serum before and after straightening
