5 star customer service
Overall the product was easy to install and works well. I have seen two products, from this company and in my opinion both are 5 star worthy. Basically once you have the software installed (included with provided flash drive card) everything is "plug and play". Straight to the point and clearly marked. I did have an issue with MY hardware and the type of USB output on MY laptop.(No fault of this hub or the maker or the hub) But customer service at this company really knocked it out of the park and ensured I was 100% satisfied. Will be saving this company for future tech purchases.

Worked until it didn't
I've had this for three months so far as a docking station for my work laptop at home. It worked OK at first but now it no longer supports the extra monitor. I've switched out the cables several times to no avail. It runs stand alone keyboard and the power goes through for the laptop but it can no longer handle the monitor. It flickers constantly and has a static like appearance when it does show up. Cannot recommend as a docking station.

Great when worked. But fried after 4 months.
Got it in May and have been using it as a pretty standard laptop charging (Lenovo 65w laptop power adapter) and 1 external screen setup. Nothing really out of the ordinary until this morning when I heard a popping sound, and the dock no longer works. Update: the customer support was fantastic and reasonable. I ended up getting a refund since the item isn't quite compatible with my laptop and what I need.

Multiple Screens. High Quality. Easy Setup. Highly Recommend.
The ultimate docking station - period! I got this because I needed multiple screen capability and a way to get rid of the rats nest of wires and USB hubs I had on my desk. Quick note, make sure your laptop supports Thunderbolt 3 or USB-C 3.1 Gen 2. My laptop was not in the list of laptops (they keep updating) so I checked to make sure mine had either and it did - Thunderbolt 3. And it worked great. Quick side note - construction of the docking station is excellent. Not some cheap plastic. Nice to see some companies still build things to last! Since I use a laptop as my main computer, the single connection this docking station provides to everything else makes it easy to unplug and go!!! Really convenient! This also allowed me to wire in to my router versus using wifi which was an unexpected bonus. My laptop does not have the RJ45 port (like most these days). And now my Yeti mic, external USB backup and Logitech keyboard and mouse are all connected through the docking station with still ports available to grow. My laptop only had 2 USB ports, so now I can permanently connect my USB DVD drive too. Another bonus, an SD card (no port on my laptop for that either). Quality of the screens are great. One of my screens is a 39" ultra-wide - no issues at all. It was out of the box plug and play. I have a Lenovo Yoga 730 running Windows 10. I have attached pics to see my setup - using extended screens. This could add a 4th screen if I needed. Note you need an AMD graphics card, Intel will not support the 4th. I see in the manual it supports Apple as well. My designer uses an Apple so will see how this works on hers as she was thinking of getting multiple screens with her setup. I'll do a follow-up on how that goes.

Unreliable + no power supply!
+2 stars: It looks nice, it feels nice, well built. I like the form factor and the build quality. -1 star: It doesn't come with any power supply and requires you to bring a usb-c PD (power delivery) supply source. They expect you to have a supply already with your laptop or you buy one separately. This is not advertised at all on the writeup. Even more frustrating because it's advertised to support HP x360 which I have; and HP x360 does not have a usb-c charger, it has a barrel charger which can't be used to power this dock. I would not call this "supported" ... perhaps "compatible" in that it uses usb-c and all your monitors and peripherals can be condensed to 1 plug, IF you can power the thing. Luckily my work laptop happened to have a usb-c charger so I could continue to try this dock out and decide if I want to spend more money on a 3rd party usb-c PD supply. -1 star: It doesn't come with a 2nd usb-c cable to power the HDMI-1 port when only using 1 host. It has (1) usb-c and (1) useless double usb-c which I'm guessing is for a macbook, maybe? I would have to buy another cable to use the unit as advertised i.e. with 4 displays. I can live with this though, cables aren't that expensive -1 star: The first day it worked, powered by my work laptops own usb-c dock. Tried with two hdmi monitors, and one logitech unifying dongle for keyboard/mouse. The 2nd day, docking in and nothing was detected by the laptop. No monitors came on. I fiddled, unplugged, replugged, etc. and eventually it came back to life. This exactly defeats the purpose of a dock if I have to unplug/replug dozens of wires. This combined with the lack of a power supply with it, I'm returning it to Amazon to try another brand.

Good For Window, useless for MacBook
Nice product and idea. But it didn't solve my problem for iOS MacBook to share non-duplicate screen. It keep showing same on both screen and waste of money if you want to use for MacBook. It is great support for windows PCs.

Problems Initially, but seller made it right
Update 2: I should have contacted tech support earlier on. They quickly got a replacement out to me and are very responsive to emails. New one is working well so far. Happy with the level of support and willingness to get me back up and running. So far so good. I bought this in July. It always seemed to have some issues once in a while. Sometimes it would just not connect. After 5 months, it is completely dead. Update 1: I contacted the company about the warranty, to which they have so far given me no answers. Their first statement was that the USB-C PD was not providing power, they even told me that my power input was only providing 65W, which is not enough to power the dock and my computer. My computer comes with a 90W adapter, and I have 130W adapter powering this dock. The warranty they advertise so far seems to be a load of BS, just a runaround.
