the baking soda really helps keep my Golden smelling fresh. I've used other brands of vanilla oatmeal shampoo for my Golden and they all smell the same and do the job, but the added baking soda in this formula gives him an extra clean smell even when he is still alittle damp. (usually damp goldens still smell due to their oil coat) he fur is shiny too and it hasn't stripped his oil coat.

Just like it says: "Fresh and Clean"! It's easy to mix up the concentrate into a measured bottle with water and easy to use.My dog has hair, not fur, and the results of this product is perfect for his sensitive skin. It smells good, rinses out easily, and does a great job of eliminating tangles. I have noticed significant reduction in my dog's itching since I've switched to Fresh and Clean.

I have been a groomer for many years and have been using this as my main shampoo for many years. I used to think it was the perfect shampoo! My last gallon however seems to be different from the original formula. The shampoo does not spread throughout the dog at all upon application. It is just sticky and it must be mixed with another shampoo in order to spread throughout the dog's body. I am so bummed out because I love this shampoo and wish it would go back to the way it was!
