This also buildsup arm strength and you can also flex your veins after practicing for a sometime
It is vibrant with very good quality and also very durable. But the pressure is too high because when I put it in 5 kg pressure I wasnt able to do it completely while in my friends hand clipper I was able to do 10 kg easily so this product needs to be checked but money definitely I support you to buy
