I love you guys. Evergreen herbs always has top notch flor de Tila. If you want a great way to relax at night, use these with raw lemon juice (not ReaLemon or anything from concentrate), and pour these flowers, boiling water, and raw lemon juice into a French press and press your way into making a magic sleep potion of bliss. Especially if you take other sedatives (that work on the GABA/anxiolytic system in our body, e.g. Valium, Xanax, Klonopin, Ativan), these flowers will enhance the sedating quality of those medications. This has been clinically proven with Flor de Tila (Mexican Tilia flowers), and this is the "prime" source for them.. Look up "Tilia Flowers, sedative" on PubMed for the study. Celestial Seasonings includes this in every "Sleepytime" tea, but you can really boost the effect by using more tilia flowers, via this route. Even safe for kids (they include it in their kids Sleepytime tea too). Tilia flowers also enhance other sedative herbs, not just medications. Fresh, great tasting. Some medicinal teas are hard to swallow but this tastes good while I’m doing something healing for myself

Total disappointment, the consistency of this "tea" is very rare, it looks like wood and it was also extremely bitter.
