No more guesswork, over-resting, kidding yourself. It's time for the big-boy sets.
This brilliant little gizmo revolutionised my workout. I use it for to correctly pace my weight sets five days of the week, and to absolutely smash my HIIT session on the sixth. I even use it on my rest day, to make sure I'm eating at the right cadence for keeping my glycogen levels in check. While watching the last few seconds of my third set tick away, and I'm getting ready for my fourth, I glance at the guy on his second set, who has totally lost track of time on Instagram. Poor chap needs one of these! It's an absolute gamechanger. The customer service is also second-to-none.Buy.

So close yet so far
I bought my 1st gymboss timer around 15 years ago it was brilliant i used it all the time, and it lasted years. It was my error on how it ended (dash board on car hot summer inevitably it melted). Over the years i must have purchased atleast 7 more. I work as a personal trainer so i understand i use them more than the average person. However i would expect to get atleast a years worth of use from them, i would be lucky to get a month with the current crop. Buttons falling off constantly which obviously renders them useless. I sometimes dont even use a full charge of battery before this happens. Poor show and such a shame as other than that they are by far the best but i cant justify spending £20 plus every 1 or 3 months plus the hassle of this happening constantly.

Feels like time has slowed down! Well worth getting one if you train for timed intervals - keeps you honest!Chose this one as I can't be spending 200 odd on a clock for my garden, but actually impressed by it. LOUD on the loud beep setting, you'd hear it over a noisy gym if need be.

USBgymboss and Gary I don't care.
You can't fault this little gadget when it works, but stay well away from the USB Gymboss. I've gone through five within two years, so much so that GymBoss has refused to honor their 12-month warranty. By all means, the battery-operated ones are faultless, but they don't last forever. I've been speaking to a chap called Gary at GymBoss who, sadly, possesses no remorse or customer care skills—a little unprofessional. He reminded me that Gymboss is not for commercial use, only personal. I'm a little confused by what he's implying.Once again a great cheap £20 + gadget that does the same thing as most sports watches.

Good start, poor finish
I bought this back in February. I chose the rechargeable version - seemed more environmentally sound in the long run. I charged it first time, worked a treat, lasted for a good while. Second charging, lasted a couple of days. Third recharge, lasted literally hours. Fourth (and final) recharge lasted from home to the gym, a journey of some five minutes! Absolutely p*ss poor. Really annoyed at that. And so I've not been using it for some months. Yesterday I found it in the pocket of my gym bag and thought I'd write this.Buyer beware.

Perfect for running intervals
Great quality and compact enough to clip to a wrist band whilst running. Loved that it’s waterproof as it still works and the screen doesn’t fog in the rain. Was ideal when completing a 5hr30min marathon in the rain. Would definitely recommend.

Gymboss
Had a few of this model now. It works for a while ok but then won’t charge. Not good. Doesn’t last long. Have ordered a battery operated one this time. Hopefully it’ll be better.
