This was a good quantity and a good quality and I was wondering why my body wasn't attracted to it it's because there's another astragalus root capsule that has reishi in it and my body was more attracted to it I took the whole bottle this one I'm taking slowly. I think it's a good value for the amount. I wouldn't recommend taking it with calcium.

t's difficult to rate a supplement because it can take months to see any discernible difference. But these were a reasonable price and I've always trusted the brand. What's not to like?!?
