I made Bread as soon as I received this Mat. It is large enough to roll out any type of loaf or pastry and not have to rearrange the whole work area. The quality of the mat is 8 or 9 out of ten. It's not too flimsy, and not thick. It adheres well to the counter so the mat is not sliding around while working. The cut-out template gives a large 25 inch radius, large enough for anything I can think of. I bought the red colored one. A nice subdued color that does not stand out and require attention to the mat itself. The mat came with a dough cutter and a elastic type band for roll up storage. The price was excellent. I highly recommend this mat for baking bread and pastries. I suggest to buy the largest one that will fit on your counter top because baking can be a messy business with dishes and flour everywhere. This allows the work to stay in one spot. Then for cleanup, lift the mat and rinse. Super easy.

I was worried that it would slide around and that I would see lines in the dough when rolling out tortillas since I have tiled counter tops but it holds in place like it's glued down and it's thick enough that my tortillas roll out nice and flat. Best of all it wipes clean in seconds and rolls up quickly or fold for storage. I love it and I definitely recommend getting the 24x36.

I don't roll but 2 days a year. Cookie day week end. I will roll over 1,000 cut out cookies. My old mat got a bubble in it and I had to tape it down with packing tape. This. This mat is AMAZING !! out of the package it seemed sticky and I was so nervous to try to use it. It doesn't move on the counter. Not a smidgen! Once you put a little flour on it its like glass. I used so much less flour to roll. It made the cookies even better, lighter and fluffier !! I don't do reviews but this is worth it !!!!

Bought this to use when I roll out my dough for cinnamon rolls, absolutely love it! It’s big, easy to clean and very easy to roll up and store. So happy with this purchase

Pros -It stays where I put it even on my slick granite countertops -it holds my bowl still when mixing -it’s large enough to keep my mess contained -it feels sturdy/thick -it is easy to wipe off -it rolls up easily and doesn’t have any creases Cons -the conversion chart is not easy to read because is difficult to see. It blends in with the mat. -my biscuit dough stuck to it a little bit but that may have been my fault and not an issue with the mat I would recommend this product but be sure to use a measuring tape to measure your countertop before selecting a size.

Great! it works

I got the red 16"x 20", it's a nice size for protecting the countertop and working with dough, but too big to use on a baking sheet or jelly roll pan, and it seems like good thickness. It came folded but as soon as I unpacked it the creases disappeared. It came with a little black hair tie, a plastic bowl scraper and a little note from the company stating that I could contact them anytime any problem occurred. I use it for kneading/rolling dough for pizza and fresh pasta and it works very good. It sticks to the counter and dough doesn't stick to it. I do add a little bit of flour but not much, and any dough that may stick lightly comes off pretty easy. It cleans well with a damp cloth, but I prefer to wash it especially after making fresh pasta dough with eggs. I fold it in 4 in order to have it fit in the sink and then wash each quarter. Normally let it drip dry on the dish drainer and then I store attached to the side of my fridge. Yes, it sticks there and doesn't slide off. When I first got it started to watch it closely and notice some strands that appeared to be coming of from the edges but it hasn't progressed at all and I haven't noticed any more unraveling. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

It took me a long time to choose a mat for the test. I've read a lot of different reviews and finally settled on this one. And I didn't regret it. It has good dimensions, it adheres securely to the table and does not move, it is convenient to wash and store.
