I am beyond impressed with this bucket of paint! The coverage is exceptional – it went on smoothly and evenly, and I only needed a couple of coats to get the perfect finish. The color is exactly what I was hoping for, and it has a nice, rich tone that really brightens up the space. The consistency of the paint is just right, not too thick or thin, making it easy to apply with a roller or brush. It dries fairly quickly and the finish is long-lasting, leaving my walls looking fresh and vibrant. I’ve used a variety of paints over the years, but this one definitely stands out in terms of quality and value. If you're looking for a reliable, high-quality paint that delivers excellent results, this is definitely the one to go with. Highly recommended!

Probably one of the nicest domestic paints I've used. Easy to apply, good coverage and easy clean up. Not sure about the description as being "light gray" - much more like a medium/dark gray.

This is a very good product. Drys quick, covers in one coat, even over beige, and doesn't separate. Hopefully it will hold up to multiple big dogs running across it several times a day. If it doesn't I'll update. I'll be buying more come spring when its warm enough to paint my front porch.

So, I definitely messed up using this assuming (hoping) that since it’s a floor paint that it would be high binding and durable for pretty much all surfaces straight out of the can. I was wrong. This did not stick well to my tile floor which has a smooth/shiny sort of non porous quality to it that sand paper didn’t even touch. It actually looked fantastic after application.. nice and smooth with a mostly matte finish. I think it’s a nice paint.. good coverage, fast drying but not to the point where it gets clumpy while working with it, and a little goes a long way. Sadly though, on this floor it did not prove to be durable and I’m having peeling and scraping already. Obviously this type of surface needed to be treated with some sort of high binding primer first, so now I have to figure out how to fix this. Overall I think this paint is probably wonderful on a more porous/rougher surface, but I give it 4 stars because I wish it was high bonding for ALL flooring type surfaces, being a paint specifically for flooring.

Turned out fantastic! Lasted well over the winter . Dirt resistant. Always looks clean . A stand out in the neighborhood. Feel it increases curb appeal many fold and probably property value. Everyone loves it! Update one year later - stains were created from a flower pot and also a rubber mat, which were easily refinished with touch up and washing it first . I am so thrilled with the look of these steps that I have already painted another set of steps in side of the house with it. Looks fantastic to see matching steps from the front of the house view. Better looking steps than any home's steps I've seen! Stands out, very high quality look and makes the steps and the house appear younger and well taken care of.

I have a 400+ sq.ft. wrap around deck. The house is a mid-century modern with wide eaves that cover about 300 sq.ft. I have painted my deck every 10 years for the past nearly 40 years using different paint manufacturers. This is the first time I have purchased California paint. It was easy to apply and covered well with a brush and foam roller. One coat completely covered those areas of the deck that had white primer. This is the first paint manufacturer I found to have their product perform so well. I am, obviously, unable to comment on longevity in a harsh four season environment. I am hopeful my experience is comparable to that of other personal and professional reviewers.

Love this paint! I put it on our tin roof of our porch and it lasts forever. The coverage is spectacular. Put it on the old register and underneath ductwork. * wear plastic gloves because it will stain your skin! Enjoy

I used this to paint the black tiles that were on my bathroom floor. They were old and discolored. I now have what my daughter calls a 'sleek' floor. The satin finish and the lovely black color gives it an amazing appearance. It is a thick paint but a little goes a long way. I was surprised at how well it stuck to the floor. There is a strong smell while you are applying it but it didn't seem to hang around once it was dry. I picked this paint because it is priced well. It has cleaned up easily and still looks good.
