High maintenance poor quality crap
I bought this (emperor size)mattress direct from Otty and it was delivered March 2021. Firstly, know it needs 24 hours to fully expand before sleeping on it. Then it needs rotating weekly moving to monthly - this is hard work considering it has no handles. A two person job. Ignore the 100 night sleep guarantee, unless it’s defective and they have specific criteria for this then they don’t take it back and if they do, it’s at your expense. Also ignore the 10 year warranty because again the very specific criteria means it’s unlikely to be covered. For the last 12-18 months we have struggled with aches and pains. By morning you can almost feel like you’re sleeping in a bowl. My back has never been in worse condition. Can I get it returned under the warranty, absolutely not. The criteria for the warranty says the indentations or disfunction must be visible by eye I.e not returning to shape. If you don’t sleep on the mattress it’s fine and returns to the correct shape, the problem here is that it’s a mattress and intended for sleeping. I’ve never had a mattress that required turning so often or one that gave us both so many aches and pains. The price was too good to be true. The warranty and guarantees also too good to be true. I’m now saving for a new mattress having finally come to terms with the fact this mattress was a waste of money. How long should a mattress last? 5-7 years. We barely got 3 years out of this mattress and won’t even keep it for our spare room.

Sublime Mattress
I’ve had mine for over a year now and I couldn’t recommend it more. This is for someone who wants good support in a mattress, it’s medium firm to firm in my opinion. I’ve also lost a 4-5 stone since purchasing (as I needed to) and even across all my weight differences it’s remained really comfortable. If you are a very small & light individual however, you might struggle to break it in.I am also someone who hates getting too hot although I sleep with 15 tog duvets all year round as I love how plump and cozy they are, I can confirm it regulates heat very well and I’ve never had back sweat etc which is absolutely not always the case with other memory foam / memory foam topped mattresses. It is a very heavy mattress so if you’re a smaller individual again, you might struggle adjusting it. It does have anti slip on the bottle which definitely helps with staying out in a plateform bed frame but it does still slightly slide over time.I pair mine with the OTTY pillows, which are the reason I decided to give their mattress a go, they’re both superb and have changed my sleeping entirely, paired together they’re a dream and I look forward to getting into bed at the end of a day knowing I’ll be nice a comfortable all night long.
