This is an amazing roller. The vibration just ramps us the stretching process. Bout for stretching my hamstrings after knee replacement and I now uses for all my aches and pains. Lots of choices on intensity and has two Modes- pulse or steady. The remote control is something I was pleasantly surprised with. It makes so easy to adjust the roller while in use.Additionally the battery life is amazing.

This is a great vibrating roller. I use it to relieve muscle pains and massage lower back, quad, and legs. It’s very powerful and I normally use the lowest power setting. It’s a little too hard for neck based on my experience. The battery lasts long and no issues so far. It’s also small enough and easy to carry around. One area needs to improve is the zipper of carrying mesh bag, which broke easily after a couple of uses. I basically tossed it and use my gym bag instead.

Great to use while sitting. Love the remote. Powerful enough on high to relax muscles, back, shoulders, gluts, arms and legs. Charge really does last as long as it says. Use on lumbar while driving. Can use as a foam type roller too, that way seems to be even more effective.

This does help my chronic back pain. I put it in place on the bed, and lay on top of it. Then I can use the remote to turn it on. It helps my pain a lot as long as it's running, but that's only about 15 minutes. My pain needs more time than that. I wish I could find a device like this that would just stay on until I shut it off. I don't really need or use the heating part of it, for me it's the vibration that helps. So, yes, it helps a lot, as long as it's running, and I like having the remote because I can restart it as soon as it stops without having to adjust my position, but if someone would make one of these with a cord and no auto shut off, I'd leave this thing in the dust. I haven't had it very long, so I can't speak to its durability, but it appears to be well made.

This vibrating foam roller was just what I needed to help with my plantar fasciitis and heel pain. It was recommended by my sports chiropractor and I love it! I also let a friend use it for her foot pain and she loved it as well. I like that it has different levels of vibration, especially if you are using it on different parts of the body, like legs, back, shoulders, etc. Using the vibrating foam roller in the morning and before bed has really helped decrease the sharp pain I was feeling in my heel and bottom of both feet. I highly recommend the vibrating foam roller!

Battery is advertised as 4000mAh, but product is printed with a rating of 2000mAh. When I contacted them they responded there are 2 batteries- I don’t buy that, as the printed rating would be the total power not just 1 of 2 batteries. Also the bag that is included is now just a plain bag- I saw pictures of what used to be included (looks like a fanny pack) which would be great for my lower back pain. When I asked about those 2 issues I was basically told I could return it if I didn’t like it. That’s exactly what I did!

This is the third different type of vibrating roller I have had and by far the best. The battery life is long. I use it daily for about 15 minutes and can do that for 3-4 days without charging. It is also easy to tavel with as it is not too bulky.
