I am using Zhiyun weebill S from past 3 to 4month, thought to purchase mobile gimbal for my travel videos which is again Zhiyun Smooth Q3 which is awasome product.Pros... Good stabilityHandling is greatCharging capacity is best in mobile gimble that is 14/15hr and get charged fully by 3/4 hrButtons are smooth and joystick tooSmooth movement as the model name defines.Cons...Object tracking is not good at the same time not that much worst also... What I mean to say is not too great but its good.Camera rotation in pov mod its only 270' not 360'.Manual mobile adjustment to gimbalPayload limitation is only 280

Not working not durable waste of money

It is very cool product for very new vloggers like me who can not afford to buy expensive cameras. It makes you phone very much like GoPro. But the app camara is not very good.

The media could not be loaded. The media could not be loaded. The seal on the box was opened. The Light on the Gimbal is not working and the round nob Lock on the side is not working either. Other than this the Gimbal is good but Amazon should look what the seller are providing after users are paying for new device which should be seal packed and in all working state Not Happy with the delivery. First time disappointed with the Amazon Service.

The product was solid when I bought it less than a year back. Normally batteries in electronic products will have some manufacturing defects in a miniscule percentage. I happened to be one of those unfortunate buyers.After a month or so, the battery after being fully charged, started draining completely without usage. So next day on a trip with full charge is a lifeless gimbal in handThe customer support number keeps ringing with no response. The phone numbers and support email id on the Zhiyun India website doesn't work and so I tried emailing Zhiyun corporate support desk in Hong Kong. They responded promptly saying I should reach out to Zhiyun India and that didn't work anyway. now they are offering me to repair the product but I need bear the one-way shipping cost which is almost the price I paid for the product. Moreover if the repair is due to wear and tear, the fixing cost also need to be paid by me.I am now stuck with a product I spent around Rs. 6,300/- that is of no use now. I have not even used it more than one test video which can be verified by Seller on the Zy Cami app.
