I have always used Logitech and again not disappointed at all, fantastic! Bought these to be available in addition to my wired logitech headset. These wireless h800 sound exactly the same, my voice sounds exactly the same and the comfort is every bit as good even for those very long 3+ hour calls . They fit really nicely and sit on your ears with a very comfortable and breathable sponge padding on both ears. The head band extends along way so even the biggest heads should find a nice fit. Top head band has probably the comfiest sponge padding to sit atop your head and you tube reviews suggest years and years of build quality from this particular section. Bonus is the ear piece and head band sponge padding can be bought separately if need be. Sound quality is superb, loud, clear, and with a reasonable level of bass to not sound tinny or echoey. Microphone and noise cancellation is also superb, testing listening to someone else speak into these even while typing was very impressive, the microphone does a great job in transmitting your voice clearly, whilst dulling down background noises and again giving the listener a voice that is bassy enough to prevent tinny echoey type voice coming across. Talk time very impressive, easily got 6 hours today and a few hours to recharge from zero to full via the supplied micro usb cable ( no charging brick supplied ) The supplied WiFi wireless usb receiver can be hidden inside one of the earpieces, bonus. The WiFi wireless is flawless even on ground floor of high ceiling 3 story house. Bluetooth connection the same. Flawless. All in all worth every penny and light enough to not feel on your head, genuinely. If they’re within your budget and you’re after professional sounding headphones but which are wireless WiFi and wireless Bluetooth the. Look no further.

It's a very good headset, comfortable and relatively good sound quality. It worked like a charm - plugged in the dongle, turned on the headset and it worked. With MAC and bluetooth is has some problems, but all headsets have. Maybe it's something related to OSX Lion, but when microphone is turned on, the sound quality gets terrible. It's the 3rd headset i buy to use with skype and none of them works with my MAC. All work with windows however, they also work with my phone, so problem is related to OSX Lion, but I didn't have time to check all possible options, nor any support (Logitech or Jabra) is aware of any solution to this problem. For it's size however i expected better sound. Jabra Halo2 is better and smaller. Also the reason i give it 4 not 5 stars is because the receiver is not compatible with any logitech mouse or keyboard. It looks similar but unfortunately they are not compatible. Again - if you want a wireless headset to use with skype and music and you don't want to deal with bluetooth settings - this headset is your best choice. Sound quality is not perfect, but it's good enough to listen to music and talk.

Great headset. Bought one around 7 years ago, changed the earpads and battery every 3 years and the headset worked like a charm. After over 6 years or heavy use the USB port got too loose to get a steady connection... so I bought another pair. Seems it will last forever if you charge it overnight to avoid yanking the USB while connected. Great value for money compared to other wireless headsets. Very good sound quality and I like that it doesn't muffle outside sounds and doesn't press on ears. Very comfortable, too - I often forget I have it on. I'd definitely recommend.

The sound quality is exellent.... on the bluetooth, not the reason i bought it. I wanted a headset that allowed me to speak with my friends through skype and play sound while on my PC. The headset comes with a nano reciever usb that is supposed to allow the headset to meet these requirements. I recieved my item in less than 24 hours (prime) and wanted to use it straight away. I set it up and played some music then waht i heard was tssssssssssstssstssssstsssssssssss, just static. I thought it may be a loose connection so i unplugged and replugged, did all the things someone would do. The problem would not clear so i looked online and what i found was horrendouse, thousands of people with the exact same problem that could not be fixed. Returned item got money back and thats the only reason i even give this one star.

Bij gebruik van meerdere bronnen van geluid erg onhandig: ik moest dan steeds opnieuw pairen met het juiste apparaat, dit werkt in de praktijk niet.

Ich verwende das Teil für tägliche Telefonkonferenzen und bin begeistert. Eine unheimlich gute Tonqualität, die mir erst aufgefallen ist, als ich wieder mit meinen alten Sennheiser Kopfhörern telefoniert habe. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Although price is up there, it seems to work well, I have used it consistently for hours a day for at least 4-5 months. I have even gotten just over 6 hours out of it, but the distance for me is only less than a meter from my PC. The good thing about this headset is that it is comfortable and you can hear yourself, so you are not yelling and you can hear some noise around you so it is more natural to wear. But you can hear clearly and the listener can hear you clearly. Mic is sensitive. Ear controls are good, but sometimes difficult to use the left and right ones, but the volume control up and down are very easy to remember and very very useful. Overall I love this headset, I actually have three of them. One for me, one for my wife and one extra. The only downside is I wish they would include an all in one +audio USB dongle so that mouse, keyboard and headset can all use one USB dongle.

La cuffia è comoda nonostante le buone dimensioni dei padiglioni e la presenza della batteria è ben bilanciata e non molto pesante, si tiene comodamente in testa per ore. Installazione rapidissima, basta inserire il ricevitore USB (veramente minuscolo e che si può riporre in un vano del padiglione sinistro) in una porta del PC ed è subito rilevata come una nuova periferica audio, idem per la rilevazione da dispositivi con il bluetooth. Sul padiglione destro sono presenti tutti i comandi utili, volume, play/pausa, disabilitazione del microfono e dietro del padiglione i due switch per passare da una traccia all'altra (rew e fwd) e per l'accensione passaggio a wifi, bluetooth. Su quest'ultimo una nota, può sembrare fastidioso che sia un po' duro rispetto a quello del rew/fwd ma almeno andando a cambiare traccia non si rischia di spegnerla o passare a un'altra interfaccia. La qualità audio è buona e anche in movimento è veramente difficile sentire cedimenti, a meno di andare molto lontano dal ricevitore USB. Idem per il microfono. E' ripiegabile e diventa abbastanza trasportabile, sarebbe stato un plus l'inserimento di una custodia apposita visto il prezzo del prodotto. Per il sistema operativo è una scheda audio USB a se stante, quindi non riproduce in parallelo quello della scheda audio del PC come una cuffia collegata tramite jack audio. Per utilizzarla bisogna andare sull'iconcina del volume, selezionare i dispositivi di riproduzione e impostarla come predefinita. Per tornare ai vostri altoparlanti dovrete fare l'operazione analoga impostandoli come predefiniti. Sarebbe stato gradito un software per per fare uno switch veloce senza troppi giri. Gli unici software (scaricabili dal sito Logitech) sono quello per consentire il controllo dei player audio in background con i comandi sulla cuffia, infatti solo alcuni sono dichiarati compatibili (WMP e iTunes) ma funziona anche con altri; poi c'è quello per il pairing con il ricevitore nel caso aveste qualche problema o vi comprate un altro ricevitore. Sul sito logitech sono presenti ricevitori aggiuntivi, ricambi per i padiglioni e batterie! Quindi finalmente non un prodotto usa e getta!
