Great supplements
I have been taking these on a daily basis for a long time now, probably over a year. I have not had sleepless nights or hot flushes ever since. It has helped me control my menopause symptoms, I just feel normal everyday. I take these with the soya supplements.

These really work for hot flushes
I have been suffering peri symptoms for a few years, getting worse this past year. Hot flushes are awful and I felt dizzy and my hair fell out, the vacuum was full of hair every time. Being vegan I had to find the right substitute and tried this, at first there was no change but after about 3 weeks I felt so much better. It took about a month to make me feel completely better and my hair started growing back. I ran out of these and forgot to re-order and within 10 days my hot flushes crept back. I quickly bought more and the flushes are almost gone now, they are on subscribe and save now! If you try them please give it time, they take at least 2 weeks to start working fully but you will feel better.
