I used this to set up a wireless trapper station for a shotgun range I work with. I can set up six wireless clay traps, all to be operated by one trapper. It sure beats having to string out all the cords for the manual releases we were using.

The relays work well once you get past the poorly written programming instructions. It took a while to figure out how to change the relays to impulse (not latched) contact action which is the default. Following the instructions as written doesn't work. Once I got by that, they work very well.

First off, I ordered a couple of these sets and proceeded to find (or use instructions from other comments... can't remember right now) Yes, they take a little bit of trial and error to program if you don't want to use them as stock, but really, if you're getting these you're used to doing a little tinkering to get it to work just the way you want.Since I ordered 2 sets of 6 relays, I wanted them to work with the 4 remotes that come with it, so I don't have to keep track of which remote works with which #1 relay. After going through the programming a few times, I came to a #3 that didn't act right when I powered it on. The little LED that blinks red when receiving a RF signal never lit up. "that's ok, it'll work when I reprogram it".... hmmm... Still nothing. Emailed the company through the Amazon contact link and even though it was Chinese New Year, got a quick reply saying that they're sorry it didn't work, and they'll make it right when back from holiday.Fast forward a couple weeks. I was just about to write an email asking again about where the replacement relay was at when there was a new 6 relay set sitting in my mailbox. Excellent! Way better than just a single relay, and I didn't even have to nag to get anything done. I'm still a little surprised that they sent a whole set when my original issue was only 1 relay malfunctioning. Anyway, good on them for making it right. For the price I wasn't heart broken about the single relay not working, but this exceeds my expectations!

Both remote and the compact control units are very well made for the intended solution. The reception distance is surprisingly long. Overall, extremely satisfied - this saved my days of new lights wiring, switches etc. in the boat and added outstanding convenience in controlling multiple zones from the remotes.

The batteries were under 10% upon arrival. I am not impressed with the lack of instructions for important areas. Such as how to remove the cover that has hidden clips. Access with wiring is impossible unless you cut the plastic off of the case cover. They claim to be the most successful company in China with these devices. I guess their customers are not too picky. Not impressed. The devices DO work however.

Great remote. Now I can turn all the lights off from the bedroom of my motor home.12vdc instructions seemed hard until I realized the X with a circle is my light fixture or device. Then you need a small jumper and it's easy.Took the boxes off and tucked the circuit board into my new LED lights. Green glow shows they have power.

These units seem to be of decent quality and are easy to set up (with below exception), but there are two things which made them pretty much useless to me. First of all, the little 12v batteries do not last very long, and they aren't exactly cheap. On Halloween evening, for example, many of the props needed two to three batteries for the evening. That's a lot of maintenance and expense. So a no go for that.But there is one thing, too, that is just inexcusable and time consuming, which is that the cutouts on the covers to the relays do not match where the wires go, so you have to physically modify each one. If I had known these two things in advance, I would not have purchased these units. I have 16 relays, and I spent a lot of time (and expense) getting these set up, and all of that was pretty much wasted, as I will be doing something else next year.

Well made product. Works fine but the wiring diagram for the single channel 6/12/24v rvcr insinuates that the input voltage will also power the load. On my unit , the three contacts to the left are a normal set of SPDT contacts and two of them will need to be used to operate anything. In others words the board power is independent of the power you are trying to switch. I use mine to bypass the contacts in a lawn sprinkler box so you can turn the water on and off to work on the system.
