I purchased the "Coffee Neon Sign for Wall Decor" to add a touch of warmth and ambiance to my coffee shop, and overall, I'm pleased with its quirky design and the cozy glow it adds to the space. However, there are some drawbacks that potential buyers should be aware of.Firstly, the design is eye-catching and exactly what I was looking for to enhance the coffee shop's atmosphere. The coffee cup motif is charming, and the neon glow complements the overall aesthetic of the place.The main issue arises with the dimmer and switch functionality. Unfortunately, both the dimmer and switch seem to be of subpar quality. The dimmer struggles to adjust the brightness smoothly, often flickering or turning off abruptly after one year of use. While these issues may not be deal-breakers for everyone, they are worth considering, especially if you plan to use the dimming feature frequently. It's disappointing that such a crucial component of the product falls short in terms of quality.

Do not purchase this product
This product has absolutely no quality. I returned it because it just went out, stop working. Amazon was kind enough to reach out to the company and they replaced it, here I am again with the exact same issue. I’m very disappointed because I love the product however it’s of no quality, none whatsoever.

Stopped working after 2 months
Looked cool for a bit but burnt out after less than 2 months of having it hung up in the kitchen.

Product shorted out after less than 60 days. Apparently it’s good until the return policy goes out. $70 to the garbage.

Eye catching!
This lighted sign is eye catching. The adjustable brightness is handy. Ours actually came with a crack about 3 inches long but it was so nice that we decided to keep it anyhow! It works just fine in spite of the crack which likely happened in shipping. I would certainly buy it again and might see if this company makes any others like it.
