You have an excellent product.

The ball is hard to inflate 100% with the pump provided. It also is thin material and a bit misshaped do to being folded for shipping. It serves its purpose for the few times i need it, but if you plan to use it regularly, I would suggest a nicer quality option!

Nothing too complex about the design of a Pilates ball. Annoyed because the one thing design thing to get right was a fail. The plug doesn't go in all the way. I cut it way shorter and it still sticks out a little but is better then when it was longer.

It’s the exact ball I have used in my Pilates Reformer Class.

Apparently quality controll isn't very important. As long as it does what it's supposed to...
