I love it because
It is the most adjustable mirror I have had. The pieces rotate so it can be adjusted to every possible position. The mirror is large and clear. The metal parts are not flimsy. The part that mounts on the glasses is very stiff and you'd need needle nose pliers to adjust. I use them on my sunglasses on the trail to warn me about bikes behind me when I walk. I mounted the other one to my helmet for riding. The stem was too long so I pulled it out (it pulls out) and cut it. I also crimped the tube (ever so lightly) before sliding the front part back in to give it a much tighter grip. This crimping trick is good if the mirror gets moved in light wind.

I really like but with reservations
I love the eyeglass clip, there's no way that's going to pull off the mirror unlike a lot of other mirrors.I love the long wire holding the mirror, it gives me more flexibility on where I clip the mirror to my glasses.I think the wire holding the mirror is way too thin, if I'm riding over any kind rough road surface the mirror vibrates so much that I can't see anything in it at all.Along those lines, the mirror also pivots around too easily, on rough patches or in strong winds I've had the mirror just rotate away from where I set it to.

Poor quality, QA needs work!
This product was suspect from jump, the "rubber" part that was/suppose to be grip or whatever looks like it was falling apart before I even used it! Forcing me to make frequent stops to reposition so I can actually see behind me! If you make something why not show pride in your work by making it good quality not some BS that don't see how but passes QA check.

Rear view bike mirror
Worked well for long time, but eventually lost rigidity and was constantly blown out of position by the wind.

View is great!
I like the rearview right at eye level. Quality has been great, have dropped them once or twice. Not part of the instructions on how best to use, took a few trails to get them right. Clarity great, value Great. Once fix to helmet and align GREAT!Can be touchy so careful not to hit them with your hands or the door or whatever, get them right they stay until touched. Once you get use to them, it works to see behind and to the side. great value.

This is a dangerous item to use.
I lost my last rear view helmet mirror but the sellers of the one I like are gouging us at just under $20 USD and I reject price gouging so I bought one of these cheaper ones which look nice online.Problem: The long arm and the because the mirror has a plastic backing/frame which increases the overall weight of the mirror making it jiggle while you ride and threats you need to see are not visible to you. This particular design is easily adjusted left, right, up down and the metal seems good and resilient to bending but it's unusable to me because of the constant jiggling that makes it dangerous.I would strongly advise against this unless you ride 5 mph. I'm a competitive athlete and anything above that speed would put you in a dangerous situation of not being able to see threats (like cars and trucks) approaching your rear.Keep looking for a better item. There are others (which I won't name b/c of their price gouging) that just has a little mirror and not the heavy frame which is indeed better.

Improvement on a good eyeglass rear view mirror for biking.
Good mirror though it helps to use 2 nylon zip ties to snug it up to the eyeglass frameSo, it doesn't fall off.

Good value
Useful for both rowing and biking. Does what it suppose to do with less than $10
