Can the downloaded seasons be redownloaded for someone else if I sell the physical copy of episode 1?

I believe that the downloads are tied to your PS network account, so I you sell the physical copy of the game, whomever buys it will most likely have to download the episodes again and pay for them.

Does this have a separate trophy list from the downloadable version? Are they stackable?

Doesn't matter if you use the disc or completely downloaded, the trophies won't stack. If you play the PS3 & PS4 versions, however, you will get twice the trophies.
