I love warm Spearmint tea and it is the only hot tea I can drink. I will have a cup just because it has such a great taste, but it is my go-to for an upset stomach....helps to settle it every time. Traditional Medicinals maintains a high quality that always proves itself in the rich spearmint flavor.

I bought this tea because it was recommended by my dermatologist for hormonal acne, as spearmint is a natural androgen inhibitor (read up on the effects yourself before consuming a lot of this, as I was drinking a cup a day and it shifted my cycle alongside helping my skin). The tea is very nice though, faintly sweet and packaging is cute.

The only tea that calms/ prevents my hormonal breakouts! Ive drank 1-2 cups of this soothing tea every night for the past 6 months and I haven’t had any severe cystic breakouts since then. This has also helped cramps during my cycle. Not saying its a miracle cure, but nothing else in my life routine has changed, except for this addition! So I feel like I owe it to this tea!
