For this price it good buy, the underside of the stones are soft padded, very nice.

Yes, it is a lovely Chinese chess set. With its magnetic board and pieces, it is ideal for travel. The board also folds in two, with space to put the pieces inside, while the playing surface is outside. I also have to say that it arrived much sooner than the original estimated date!
