Fantastic! I use it on my feet at night with cotton foot socks. My heels are no longer cracked and I had one deep crack that would always heal and open again, and since I have been using this the last 2 months it has been perfect! Not to mention, the brilliant sleep you get when this cream is on your feet at night! Have bought it for my friends and they all agree, a magic cream! It's a small bottle at 250ml, but a lot goes a long way. Can definitely recommend.

I bought this as I recently started waking in the night and my sleep was being disrupted. I have used it for two nights and have had a much deeper sleep without waking. I rub it in the soles of my feet and my belly button and surrounding area. As an aside, I didn’t realise it could have a laxative effect and the morning after using it I have gone to the toilet as normal but the urge to go has been instant and sorry to sound crude but has cleared me out each time. I’m actually pleased about this as I have been suffering with constipation so it’s an added bonus for me. Perhaps it’s because I’m rubbing it on my stomach area. I am over the moon with this product and have now opted to get it in subscription. I have bought the unscented version purely because it’s cheaper and it is absorbed very quickly, no stickiness or greasiness and is a pleasure to use.

Good product. There are a lot of magnesium oils on the market, but not lotions. Came sooner than expected. They answered some questions I had very quickly!!

Non ci avrei dato 2 cent, ma siccome pure il Magnesio Bisglicinato mi da problemi enormi di stomaco (ho l'ernia iatale) e mi fa venire la tachicardia, ho detto.. Bah, male che vada ho buttato una quindicina di euro. E invece? Una mattina lo metto sulle spalle, ho dei muscoli sempre molto rigidi per la mancanza del magnesio (appunto), e dopo nemmeno un'oretta mi sento bella rilassata, e dopo circa una settimana di uso un po' discontinuo il mio collo non mi uccide più. Ovviamente ogni tanto mangio un bel piatto di spinaci per assorbire magnesio anche con il cibo, ma questo unguento aiuta parecchio! Ho pure chiesto a ChatGPT e non era convinta manco lei.. eppure! Ottimo prodotto! Lo ricomprerò. Attenzione che sulle ferite brucia parecchio! Inoltre meglio dopo la doccia perché deve essere assorbito bene e non é facilissimo per la pelle assorbire magnesio da creme. Non ha odori forti di sorta e si spalma bene, come una classica crema un pochino liquida. Consigliato!
