Personal car and bike. It's not functioning. Water is not coming out on running of pump. Please arrange for demonstration an early as possible

Service and customer support doesn’t exist
Bought it on 22-7-2022 and it worked quite well for 6months considering once a week wash (1car only). Later pressure started to decrease in the output. Have checked inlet properly, cleaned filter, cleared drain, even then output pressure is reduced by 50% Its been 2weeks my car washer is sitting idle. I did several emails and calls to which nobody responded. What’s a product and how do you value it for which you neither have a service nor customer support ??? Think…

Machine is powerful, but preparations to make it operational are tiresome.
A power plug and a half-inch water hose connections are required close to each other.
