In the "about this item" it states: "256gb emmc," in the "product description" it states: "256gb (128emmc+128 m.2 ssd)." which is it?

Amazon offers 3 versions of this computer. All have the J4125 Celeron Quad core CPU. All have 8GB of DDR4 RAM. The main difference is the size of eMMC memory which is used to store the Windows 10 OS and is your "C" drive. There is also a 256 GB eMMC, and a 512 GB eMMC versions for those who need more storage. I checked the Amazon site for these 3 computers and yes, I'm confused too on how they divided up this onboard eMMC storage. The 128 eMMC version, which is the one I have, uses a single 128 GB eMMC module, but the 256 GB and 512 GB uses a combination of 128 GB or 256 GB eMMC modules, plus a M.2 SSD. Given how tiny these systems are, where they placed the M.2 SSD for the 256 GB and 512GB versions is not clear. There is added M.2 slot on the bottom of the system board which is accessible by removing 4 screws. I used this extra M.2 slot for a 2TB M.2 NVMe SSD. My feeling is they may have used this M.2 slot to bump the system storage. If that is the case, that M.2 slot will lost to you. I would definitely write the manufacture directly with your question.

No service.

A very good product as long as it works. Mine stopped powering up all of a sudden. No service centres. No service backups. Local computer repair guys don’t know anything about the product. No circuit diagram provided.I tried reaching them on email. They ask to ship the device to China for service which will cost more than a new device…. Better stay away from this device unless u stay in China.
