Absolutely fantastic!
This is actually my second time owning this unit. I had it in 2022, but I replaced it at the very end of 2022 when I was given the ninja foodie OL 701 as a gift. The ninja foodie actually ended up going out on me in February of this year, I got another one, and that one went out less than two months later. Ninja is no longer selling it so I was like well, let’s get the instant pot version of this combo unit. It was called the ultimate lid or something. It was total garbage. I absolutely hated it. I used it for like a day. I went back to this one, and honestly, I don’t even know why I ever got rid of it in the first place. This thing is fantastic. It has tons of accessories it comes with, the handles on the pot itself truly set it apart, and it works brilliantly. I get that It’s a few years old, but it really is one of their absolute best that they have made. I highly recommend this instant pot - the air fryer works great, the pressure cooking is fast and works great, the little included broiler tray works really well, the steam rack is awesome. All in all, you cannot go wrong with this one. Definitely pick it up. You will love it. The only thing I will say that is unfortunate is that the air fryer lid is detachable and you have to have some kind of space in a cabinet or something to store it. Luckily I have enough cabinet space I was able to make it work, but that is the only thing I will call out is that the air fryer lid is very large. I even bought the slow cooker lid for it because I use it as a slow cooker a lot as well. All in all, if that doesn’t bother you, this is a 10 out of 10.

Here is how I put the 11-in-1 features to work: Step 1: The Sauté. I start with the Sauté function to brown the chicken breast or thighs with a little oil and seasoning. The heat distribution is even, and I don't get the "hot spots" that cause sticking in cheaper multicookers. Step 2: The Pressure Cook. After deglazing with a bit of broth, I add the rest of my liquid and veggies. I set it to High Pressure for 10–12 minutes. The seal is solid every time, and the "steam release" handle is much safer and easier to use than older models. Step 3: The Finish. Once the chicken is shredded and back in the pot, I add the frozen Reames-style noodles. I use the Sauté mode again to simmer everything until the noodles are tender and the sauce has thickened into that perfect, creamy consistency. Cleanup: Since I’m searing, cooking, and simmering in the same stainless steel liner, I only have one pot to throw in the dishwasher. Who is this for? Versatile and Easy to Use,
Overall, I'm happy with this item. Took one star off because it seems heavier than other multicookers I have purchased and it's pretty bulky. Having said that, it is very versatile and does a great job. Pot roast was a breeze and done so quickly. It is easy to clean and comes with a separate fry basket and fry lid. Can't wait to use for a fish fry. Accompanying instructions are easy to follow. Definitely a great way to make meals easier and fast.

Mi vida cambió desde que uso esta maravilla. Si te gusta cocinar o debes cocinar, la Instant Pot es tu mejor herramienta en la cocina, en definitiva una gran inversión. La excelente calidad de la cocción de los alimentos, el tiempo tan mínimo que requiere y todas las opciones que contiene, son para mi lo mas importante y las razones por las que vale tanto la pena tenerla en casa, me ha ayudado muchísimo.

Me ha sorprendido la calidad de construcción de este aparato, es muy segura de usar... internet esta plagado de tutoriales que te ayudan a preparar muchas recetas. La cocción en muy rápida, por ejemplo, una pechuga de pollo tarda unos 50min en cocerse en una olla normal, 35 min en una olla express tradicional pero en la instanpod solo bastan 15 min!.. Ideal para quienes llegamos a preparar la comida después de un día de trabajo.
