i got big legs and my thighs hurts on mostly all chairs except this one i found, it came packed perfectly and professional, when i assembled it, i had fun everything was guided and well boxed, they really did great with the packing, they even put inside a free gloves assembly. would recommend this chair to anyone, its sturdy with A+ quality

The parts this chair is made of are very well made .. quality is very good , design is really good and so comfortable for people with back problems , but I can’t adjust its height which is annoying .. I don’t get if it doesn’t move up or down as it’s fixed at a certain height ,or I installed it in wrong way so it doesn’t move .. I can’t afford to get someone to check it for me .. also wheels doesn’t move easily.

I was a little concerned that i would struggle with the build of the chair. It was very well thought out by company including providing gloves to use. This comes in handy when using the provided screwdriver to tighten all the screws.One issue i did was was the casters are difficult to put in. However once i aligned the caster so that it was straight i was able to use my what to whack it...a bit painful on the hand but the chair is so strudy that its worth a 1 minute discomfort. Worst case let one of your kids do that part.All in all happy with the comfort of the chair and the setup of the head rest which is quite flexible. Super comfortable and the color (i purchased the grey one) is very nice a little change from black.

Nice ergonomic chair, bit costly though but still as per initial impression it worth purchase if one has long hours of computer table seating.

I bought this chair like year ago, and within that year I head to buy replacement wheels since original were too loud, I had to buy seat cushion, since chair seat is too firm for long hours that I work, and final one is that one leg of base cracked and break, and I fell of the chair... Luckily I didn't get hurt... It looks nice, but quality is bad.

Its medium in comfort I didn’t like the quality of the wheels its tough to move around im 188 cm tall i did not find the head rest reach my head if the person was little short it might fit him

I can sit for long time without pain or sweating.
