Please people, do yourself a favor and if you are using an older Cat5, Cat5E or Cat6 ethernet cable, replace it with one of these newer spec Cat 8 cables. I have one of the newer Xfinity Gateway modem/routers, and was puzzled that I was only able to get 300Mbps speeds on my computer even though I was paying for higher speeds and it was directly connected to the router via an ethernet cable (a 5E cable supplied by Xfinity). I hooked up one of these Cat8 cables, and my download speed jumped to approximately 1,000Mbps, and this over a 40 ft. cable! Get the speed you are paying for! I also like the fact that the cable is a flat ribbon type, less bulky and easier to hide than a round cable.

I got a good wifi 6E tp-link router but was still getting bogged down using some cat7 ethernet cable. This cat8 made my laptop internet a lot faster even though I still have the provider's cat5e between router and modem. I think it is because this cat8 has oxygen-free copper (OFC) shielding to reduce RF interference, but whatever it is it's really nice to have.Update 6-8-23: I tried a 25 foot Cat8 in between router and modem but that did not work, so I ordered a 6 foot length to replace the 6 foot Cat5E and now it's all faster. So a short length between the two was needed.

This cable increase the speed of my wired connection in a 20%. Also it has a good quality cable.

Love this cable. Extremely reasonable price, works as advertised, and comes with little clips needed to install if you’re like me and have to install along the wall/baseboard because you live in a rental. I ordered the 75 ft and it took me maybe 15 minutes total to wind it/tack it to the wall from my gigabit router to my gaming PC which of course is on the other end of my house.See photo for my speedtest results. Perfect for what i needed on our gigabit network

They arrived as promised. I have no way of testing if they are cat 7 cables. The connectors are large but fit with a 90 degree insertion. They come with plastic wall holders. They work as desired. I was expecting a boost in transfer rate but no change for me. Old cat5 to cat 7 1 gig switch. Only draw back is they are tightly coiled and do not relax easily. But that's not a reason to bypass. I will order more when I need.

Did a few speed tests, it works perfectly. I got the white 5ft cable.

It does what I bought it for. We (don't ask how) lost our land line connection and it could not be reinstated. I obtained a VOIP adaptor by signing up to a suitable company who sent me a VOIP adaptor box. At home we had a 4 phone system for the land line. A base unit that plugged into a phone socket and 3 satellite phones around the house. Plug this cable into your router and VOIP box.You can lay it flat under a carpet. Connect the phone base unit into the VOIP box. Bingo!! You are now talking over the internet. Goodbye landline (if you do not wish to transfer it over to your new provider.) The VOIP company gave us a voip number so we are now using that. Yes you have to tell a few (many?)people but once done, welcome to your new phone service. You do not have to purchase a VOIP phone if you set it up in the way I just described.

Todo excelente se ve de buena calidad, compré el de 12m, trae 15 sujetadores, en mi caso no fueron suficientes ocupe unos 10 adicionales que compre en la ferretería.

Wenn man ein Flachkabel nicht kennt ist man sehr skeptisch erstmal.aber es ist weniger im weg kommt mit klipps und macht was es soll.ob es 10Gbits überträgt weiß ich nicht. dafür fehlt die technologie. 250k Leitung vdsl überträgt es super
