I absolutely love my new shower. It's gorgeous, it was easy to install, and it's great quality so far. The height of the showerhead is adjustable and it can be moved from side to side for when you clean. You can also adjust and tilt the cradle. Those things are important to me as I am the only tiny person in my home and I enjoy being able to use something without feeling like a little kid taking her first "big girl" shower. I usually get hit in the face with a side-mounted sprayer every time someone forgets to turn the sprayer and have trouble reaching the showerhead above without "adult" help. I have similar issues with toilets. I'm always tempted to buy a really garish kids' toilet step just to demonstrate how it feels to not be able to touch the floor with anything but my tippy-toes. No worries with my shower, though! Huzzah!This company also has fabulous customer service. I had a minor issue with damage during shipping and my email was answered immediately and a new handle arrived in a matter of days. I certainly wasn't expecting it to arrive quickly from a company that's based 8,000+ away from me. I can't be happier. Thank you so much! 🥰

Overall, very happy with this shower. I purchased the unit with the shelf, so I'd have some extra storage. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that it had to be mounted to the wall. It's not a big deal, I'd have just purchased the one without the shelf if I had known, since we didn't want to put more holes in our tile than were necessary.

Most modern valves, even mock vintage ones, need to have burn protection or a water pressure balance feature.We have an other brand with a similar design that does have the balance valve inside.Now we are back to old school, flush the toilet and burn your spouse. This is x2 more dangerous because it’s hard to escape a rain show. I was burned pretty bad.The shower arm seems to be 6-12 inches short in most circumstances. I think they were just trying to make it small enough to fit in the box, but it does need one more maybe 8 inch extension.Other than that, it’s a really decent product for the quality but they really need to sell a balancing valve along with it if they’re not gonna build one in. I have asked the manufacturer four times where it’s located and he is unable to answer the question.Code: “individual shower and tub/shower combination valves shall be equipped with control valves of the pressure-balance, thermostatic-mixing or combination pressure-balance/thermostatic-mixing valve types with a high limit stop in accordance with ASSE 1016/ASMEA112.1016/CSA B125.16. The high limit stop shall be set to limit the water temperature to not greater than 120°F (49°C). In-line thermostatic valves shall not be used for compliance with this section."
