The media could not be loaded. I use this for a sublimation project I was doing it came out great. I gave it as a gift to my boss.

Fantastic product
I was skeptical at first to purchase this product but to be very honest with you with the instructions that it came with it was very precise to heat press the slate at 365 for 450 seconds it was perfectly done. I was impressed by the product and I will purchase many more from them.
