Quality part !!! Don’t waste your money on a plumber or septic company and repair your pump yourself. You can find plenty of videos on YouTube to complete this repair. With a quick google you can also find the manual for your pump like I did. The Septic company wanted to immediately replace my pump that was only 4 years old. They stated that is was standard practice when the diaphragm broke. It was going to cost almost $600 for them to do this. The only reason I can come up with on why it failed was the -25 degrees it was for a week and I’m sure this pump was not designed for that kind of temperature. The repair took less than 20 minutes and that included teaching my 14 yo son about the pump operation and how to complete the repair. I confirmed with the manufacturer website to ensure I purchased the OEM part. Using the info provided this is a truly an OEM part as far as I can tell. Since the repair I have encounter no issues (besides the mower eating sprinkler heads while being driven by my 14yo) and it’s running smoothly. I saved hundreds of dollars by doing the job myself and the part was perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to order this again. Shipping and packaging were excellent.

I have a HIBLOW 80 pump on my aerobic septic system. I have rebuilt it three or four times in the past 18 years. Once I tried to save a buck and bought a cheap aftermarket diaphragm kit that failed in less than a year. I now only buy the original HIBLOW diaphragm rebuild kits. My pump will run 3 to 5 years. The diaphragms wear out sooner if it is real hot out for a long period. The rebuild is simple, before you take the old pump apart, take some pictures with your cell phone for reference.

After paying way to much the first time, we bought these and after watching a YouTube video the hubby was able to rebuild with this kit, septic is working great and honestly didn’t take him long to rebuild it.

Just what we needed in a timely manner. Our air pump on our aerobic septic went out and as usual on the weekend. Placed the order and here in a day. Extremely easy to install. Few tools needed and we were back in business. No more red light or alarms.

I usually just buy the diaphragms but this was only a few cents more than 2 diaphragms from the same store. So, decided couldn't hurt to have extra casings as well on hand. I have rebuilt my aerator many times, about every 4 years. The last diaphragms from the same store did not have the hiblow engraving on them even though it said they were oem. However, they have lasted 4 years and I have no complaints. I didn't expect this kit to actually have the brand on them either but they do. I expect they should last another 4 years before I need to replace. I am in NE Texas so we get some hot summers and this unit has been through some rough times. I have had this pump since we moved into the house which was in 2000 so it is 24 years old. I have only had to replace the diaphragm casings 1x so far and the magnet 1x. This is the 4th or 5th time for the diaphragms themselves. I upgraded the safety switch from the plastic screw to the resettable slide (easy wire in) as the screw broke too many times and created more annoyance than anything. The reset slide is easy to just push back in place when needed. This kit still includes the safety screw which is great for those who still use that version. And, of course, the air filter which is good to have on hand. I bought a set of aftermarkets that work just as well and I wash them periodically and then replace about 1x a year. As I said, I decide don this kit specifically because it included more items for just a few cents more than the other option of just 2 diaphragms so really a no brainer to get the casings and the filter. Great deal in my opinion. Once I find something that is reliable, I will keep buying it even if it costs a bit more. Having the pump down is a hassle, so I prefer to spend more up front to get something that will last around 4 years till replacement than spend ¼ or ½ of the cost and have to do it every year or 2. I haven't bought this particular full kit before but have bought from the same company and not had any problems so I expect not to have issues with this purchase. Kit doesn't come with instructions but the installation is easy enough and if you have done it before, you can get it done in no time. Beginners can look online at videos as there are several well detailed ones available as to how install. While you have it apart, take the opportunity to get everything cleaned up and blown off/wiped down to refresh the system and it will last a good long time.

La pompe n'a jamais Roule Aussi en Douceur,si peu Bruyante !!!... le Tecnitien avait changé ce kit il y a + - 2 ans, et Ça n'était même pas des Pièces D'origie, à Prix Superieur !!!... Installation facile en Visionnant un Vidéo Yotoube avant pr infos, surtout pr l'installation de la petite visse de sécurité ( Fournie ds le kit )qui se casse quand les digrammes défoncés et qui fait arrêter le moteur instantanéement pr. le proteger ! Il est Important de Canger le kit complet, car les 2 caps qui racordent les hoses 5/8" comprennent des petites valves Inaparentes qui peuvent etre dues... Reste au temps à prouver la difference de qualités des pièces ! A date je suis Tresss Satisfait !
