Hawaii Pharm Fenugreek Alcohol-Free Liquid Extract, Organic Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) Dried Fruit Glycerite Natural Herbal Supplement 2 oz

I don't know about any of the other claims but this product is great for preventing and treating heartburn. I have been on Nexium due to stomach upset from prescription arthritis meds for several months. I really have to take the arthritis meds but was concerned about some of the long-term impacts of Nexium. I take the fenugreek exttact right before and I NEVER have heartburn.

Tasted great, already reordered. Only downside upon taking it, is an elevated smell under my arm which isn't a good thing for a female. I do realize if I take it everyday the scent gets stronger so I take it every other day and that seems to minimize the odor.

Very sticky, but it has a good flavor, and is a genuine fenugreek product.

I love this product, I combine it with wild yam extract rubbing them directly into my breasts, I use it twice a day but in one of the applications I apply it in my smaller breast only and it helped me. Now both are the same size at least visually. I saw changes after 3 weeks of using them.
