Out of the box the watch was easy to set up, it came partially charged which was nice. It paired easily with my Iphone - however - keep in mind if you have more than one blue tooth phone on at a time the watch has trouble communicating. This often happens to me as I have a work phone and a personal phone. I try to remember to turn off blue tooth on the work phone. My major complaint is the inability to keep the weather app on Fahrenheit - I have no idea why, but the watch insists on reverting to Celsius throughout the day. If somebody has a fix or work around for this, please, please, please let me know!!Other people have commented the step count does not match the phone count - well, I discovered this is due to the difference in step stride. Your phone, when kept mid body automatically sets the stride to your step, the watch does not. It only asked for your height as a determination of stride length. Many also commented the watch doesn't actually "count" steps, it counts arm swings - this is true of most trackers that are designed to be worn on the wrist. I placed the watch on my ankle for a day and compared the counted steps from the watch to my phone - this method was much closer to the same count. But, who wants to wear a watch on their ankle !!!!!!The sleep tracking feature is my favorite so far. Also nice to see blood pressure and heart beats per minute. If you venture out and about without your phone, once you get back within range the steps/heart beat/blood pressure features "catch up" with the health app on the phone.It is a bit large for my taste - took a while to get used to it on my wrist. It is nice that the excess of the strap tucks in behind the band, on the down side, this means you have to secure the band 1 notch looser - if not, it is way to tight. The band is really long - it would fit a wrist much, much, much larger than mine comfortably.Picture 4 shows what appears to be a "spot" in the middle of the watch face. When the screen is active it is not noticeable, when the screen is dark its ALL I CAN SEE!! ARGH! I do not know if this is normal or a glitch in the one I received.Overall the watch/tracker does what it is supposed to do. The watch is stylish - at this point it is most likely a keeper. However, I've worn it only a few days and will need to decide if I'm able to live with the size of it or if it'll be a return.

I loved the look of the watch. It is good for counting your steps and keeping track of workouts. However the deep sleep feature is not very accurate, and that is important to me. I would wear two different watches to bed just to compare and this watch always showed minimum deep sleep. And finally this week it refused to charge anymore. It is dark and lifeless :( I wish I could return it.

This watch is pretty good, considering it’s a knock off of a Apple Watch. If you want a cheap version of a Apple Watch, this is what your looking for. However, DOWNLOAD THE APP FOR THIS!! It’ll save you a lot of trouble 😂

It’s nice looking and clear screen but none of the settings stayed that I changed to. Kept switching to Celsius no matter how many times I changed it or even with location on. And it kept disconnecting from my Bluetooth all day so a lot of my steps and what not didn’t track.

The band has already broken and I can’t find how to replace it

I love this birthday 🥳 gift to myself‼️ Arrived quickly, and sealed new. Easy instructions and the applications are easy to use. It came partially charged with a charger. Paired easily with my IPhone. The only drawback is the weather application update doesn’t sync with my IPhone. It reads 3• cloudy when the actual is 40• or it states “not paired”. Otherwise everything else works great. Best Buy Ever! 🎊❤️

So cute. Lasted 3 weeks then wouldn’t charge or turn on. Yes we tried all the “ helpful” troubleshooting items with no success . What a disappointment Complete junk.

I bought this for my 12 year old granddaughter and she absolutely LOVED it HOWEVER shortly after 90 days the charger or the watch don’t work. She plugs it in to charge it and nothing. She gets a black screen. Don’t waste your money

Comprei o esse produto no dia 03/12/2021. A medida que o relógio descarregava percebia uma certa dificuldade para recarregar. Como nunca tinha adquirido um relógio nesse modelo imaginei que seria normal. Qual não foi a minha surpresa o relógio apagou de vez e não consigo mais ligar. Espero que o setor responsável entre em contato comigo para tentarmos solucionar o problema. Sabemos o quanto a Amazon preza por seus cliente. Aguardando resposta.

Procurei um relógio com menor diâmetro, pois meu pulso é pequeno, não sei qual parte eles mediram, pois converti as polegada e memo assim não achei. Confesso que pelo valor esperava algo mais Top. Achei razoável e não avalio como ótimo. Talvez seja porque tive expectativas que não foram correspondidos.
