This ladder works great for our Class C RV. It is smaller enough to store in our of our outside storage compartments but when a ladder is needed it makes into a nice size ladder.

My husband LOVES this ladder! He said it feels very safe, while using it, and very easy to use. Compact for easy storage or to take in your vehicle. Great product!!

I bought this quite a while ago but just got around to using it. As many others have noted, it feels flimsy and bouncy when you climb it. I could have lived with that. However, the second day of use, steps started to give on one side or another so you'd end up with steps at 45 degree angle such that the entire ladder would be out of alignment. Scary and dangerous. Useless.

Follow the instructions, this thing will bite you if you aren't careful. I wish I had gotten the smaller one as this is quite heavy to lug around. The hinge in the middle seems very weak but has not failed and I am a heavy guy.

If you are.using this ladder occasionally around the house, it will be fine. I am a roofer. I use my ladders every day extending and collapsing it 3 to 8 times a day. This ladder is NOT meant for that kind of use. I had mine less than a year and it has completely fallen apart. The plastic release buttons have fallen off some of the rungs and a few of the rungs are no longer usable as the plastic rung mounts that connect the rung to the side pole have cracked. Needless to say, it is in the trash now.

But it's floppy. Also the rails are closer together than most others.

So far I really like this ladder… love that as a woman this is light enough for me to move around but sturdy enough to hold my husband… love how it folds compact making it easy to store away… and for the price I am very pleased… no problems thus far… I purchased to use inside house to change bulbs and smoke detectors batteries on my very high ceiling… that the step ladder wouldn’t reach

Needed a ladder and choose the 20ft. Works great. Has a little bounce it you have extended high. I always had some one hold the base if I could not hook the ladder on something. Easy to collapse and strap to keep all together when moving. Would not use for everyday construction use but works great for my needs.
